Mr. Christoph Hoelzl is the principal founder of C & J Executive Search Sdn Bhd who brings with him more than 30 years of experience as an international hotelier. Mr. Hoelzl has been in the hospitality industry since 1975, starting out as Management Trainee in Holiday Inn London. Prior to his foray into the recruiting career, Mr. Hoelzl had risen the career ladder holding department head positions across the various departments in hotel operations including that of F & B Director, Resident Manager and finally as General Manager.

Mr. Hoelzl is a veteran global hotelier with experience in major international hotel companies such as the Hilton, the Intercontinental, the Holiday Inn and Delta Hotels across four continents and 15 countries. The last 15 years was spent in Europe, the Far East, Caribbean and Middle East. Christoph is now back in South East Asia and is based in the vibrant and fast growing city of Kuala Lumpur.

Mr. Hoelzl completed three years at the Management School in Vienna (Austria) and speaks fluent English and German. In addition, being well connected in the hotels hospitality industries and a “peoples person” he can only places the most committed and passionate stars for C & J’s clientele, while giving them the opportunity to carve a brilliant career for themselves.

Mr. John Chacko brings to C & J Executive Search, more than 25 years of doing business with the hospitality industry. A former hotelier, John Chacko is in the business of placing performing artistes within the hospitality industry since 1981.

John has an extensive network of candidates in the hospitality industry, complimenting Christoph’s connection with client organizations. With his passion for his work underscored by the tagline: “There is no business like show business”, John has earned the credit of recruiting renowned and highly commended musical groups for prestigious hotels in Malaysia and many parts of Asia.
